Here is Phyllis in one of her cute hats. She had her final chemo treatment while I was out there--and her Dr. was so proud of her ability to tolerate such an aggressive schedule.
She has alot of pain (neuropathy) and fatigue with this last chemo drug.
Next, she'll have surgery (on the 13th) and then two weeks later, she starts 7 weeks of daily radiation therapy.
G'ma and I are headed to Colorado on the 12th, for 10 days, to be there for her surgery and recovery.
Her thyroid was biopsied; she has a large mass, but it is benign!! Thank God for all your prayers. This is the first good news so far.
